Thursday, 5/1/2014 – Registration Opens!

 

Tuesday, 7/1/2014 – 12:00am – Early Bird Registration Closes

  • Register before this date to get $5 off the registration price!

  • To be eligible for the rebate, you must be completely registered including full payment received.

 

Wednesday, 7/23/2014 – 11:59 pm – Jersey Registration Deadline

  • Registration is still open. However, after this point, no jerseys can be ordered for new participants. Tournament fee will remain at $35.

  • All players requesting baggage and their baggage must be fully registered by this date.

 

Thursday, 7/24/2014 – Players are assigned to teams and shirts ordered

  • Print shop requires at least 2 weeks notice for an order of this size. To make sure the correct sizes are ordered for each team, players will be assigned immediately before shirts are ordered.

 

Saturday, 8/2/2014 – Team notification

  • You will be notified which team you are on and who your teammates are by email a week before the tournament.

  • This is mainly for those registering after the jersey registration deadline (7/24/14) and to facilitate fast sign-in the morning of the tournament.

 

Saturday, 8/9/2014 – Tournament date

  • Please arrive around 8:00am to sign-in/pick up your jersey.

  • In case of a 10-team tournament, two teams will have a first round bye. Each player will be notified of this the week before the tournament.

 

 

Refund Policy

  • Requests for full refunds received before 12:00AM on Wednesday, 7/16/2014 will be granted. No questions asked.

  • There will be no refunds after 12:00AM on Wednesday, 7/16/2014.

 

Jersey Policy

  • Jerseys are an added incentive to register early.

  • If you can't make the tournament after registering and a jersey is ordered for you, as long as you notify the tournament director (TD) at least 24 hours before the start of the tournament that you cannot attend, you will be mailed your jersey. However, no refunds can be given after the refund deadline, 7/16/2014.

  • If you don't show up to the tournament without notifying the TD at least 24 hours ahead of time, you agree to forfeit your jersey.
